The topics contained in this book are of arithmetic to most advanced astrophysics. This book, Quran, invited the men to go through these miracles discussed in Quran. These topics were not even acknowledged by the literate people before 1400 years.

Neither is it for the sun to overtake the moon (from behind) nor is it for the night to outstrip the day. And all (the planets) are sailing in their own orbits. (Sura Yasin Ayat 40)

It is clear the moon and night are not allowed to overtake the sun and the day. These are the limits fixed by the great Creator. So when the time of one comes the other one goes away.

How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years ago have known that gravity is curvature of spacetime?

On the day when We will fold the heaven, like the folder compacts the books. And as We originated the first creation We shall return it; a promise (binding on Us); surely We will deliver.
