In Episode 13, we observed the political landscape after the peace treaty. Imam Hasan (A.S) had migrated to Madina, and Muawiya began strengthening his authority across the regions. Administrative control was reorganized, and alliances were reinforced.
In this episode, Muawiya addresses the people of Kufa directly. He reminds them that during the peace negotiations, he had already declared himself as their ruler. He accuses segments of the population of repeatedly creating unrest and instability.
He announces a stricter approach toward governance and makes clear that future disturbances will not be tolerated. Three primary demands are presented:
