Imam Ali (a.s) 25 End Shaheed e Kufa
It is written in history books that Kharijists decided to kill three persons i.e. Ali, Muawiya and Amr. They planned to attack on them and Abdul Rehman son of Muljim was given task to attack on Ali. On 19 Ramzan al Mubarak 40 Hijri (27 January 661 AD) Muljim attacked on Ali while he was prostrating in Fajar prayer with his poisoned coated sword.
