Life of Muhammad 1 [An Urdu Documentary] for Kids

Being a Muslim, we should know about the life of our great personalities. It is important to know their biography so we can follow them in their daily life. Kids of Muslims should learn how Muhammad, our beloved Prophet PBUH, spent his life. So they can be true Muslims.

Birth of Muhammad

It was the time when Arabs were uneducated and unethical. Rome and Persia were the two great Empires in the world. Arabs politically were influenced by these two superpowers. However, Arabs had their unique lifestyle without any pressure of existing superpowers. Abdullah was the most loved child of Abdul Muttalib. At the point when he was seventeen years of age, he was married to Amina, a high-conceived woman of Yathrib, a city in the north of Makkah. Abdullah died just after a few months of his marriage.

Muhammad PBUH was the son who born after the death of his father Abdullah A.S. His grandfather who loved Abdullah, was very happy and pleased when he heard about his newborn grandson. He came to the home, picked him up in his arms and named him as Muhammad (praiseworthy).

Amina gave her child, Muhammad, to Halima, a woman of the tribe of Banu Asad, living in the east of Makkah, for nursing. The infant Muhammad spent the first four years of his life in the desert with his wet-nurse. Sometime in the fifth year of his life, she is reported to have brought him back to his mother in Makkah.
