BAAL بعل

It is reported it was an idol which shows the lord of fertility. Its shape was cone taller a stone, pillar type.
Its history is unknown. It can be stated that the history of Baal is so ancient as ancient is the history of Man in Lebanon.
Then this god became famous in Egypt as known as Habil. When Prophet Moses a.s along with his nation Sons of Israel left Egypt, at that time this god also moved from to Israel/ Canaan.

Then this god also started to be worshiped by Arabs. They like it as a stone of cope shaped. After passage of time the word Habil became as Hubal and soon it became common word and greatest god of Arabs. This word also means the Husband. Although, there was also a god like the full body human shaped a god among Phoenicians. Today, also many people worship this god as well as Freemasons established their gods all over the world. You may see these gods in many cities in shape oh signs and symbols i.e in Washington, New York City, Paris, Vatican City.
