When someone asked about Soul from Last Beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Allah says in Koran The soul is an affair of the Lord, humans are not given its knowledge by Lord, but little.  The main concept of this book is about Sufism. As a human body etc. needs food, air etc. to live, in the same way, the soul needs its food to remain healthy. A soul needs the food which is suitable for its nature. Most likely it needs the supplications, good deeds, prayers and worshipping of the Lord, Allah. It is also reported that the word Sufi has not come from Islamic text. But this word was used by Britain who wanted something attractive in Islam by them. It is also explained the word Sufi is obtained from an Arabic word Safa means purity.
