Healing of spiritual diseases is necessary for humans, Islam focus specially on the bases of these diseases and directed Muslims to avoid all those actions which become the cause of biggest spiritual diseases, so many Muslim Scholars always pointed out many actions which are in start looks much lovely, attractive and charming but as a result all these actions converted to huge evils in Society, as Prophet Muhammad PBUH says most are Wrongdoer but best is that who is best to repent and decides not to do any evil again, main evils are given as Pride, Envy , Hypocrisy,XXX, (Sex) Suspicion, Rancor, Hoard, Anger, Greed, Love of the world, Hope Antagonism, Hypocrisy, Stupidity, Neglect, Ignorance and Cowardice etc. these functions or actions may be the look or feel by us as permitted (Mubaah مباح), but as a result become the cause of big sins, many are forbidden (حرام)، many actions may be Abominable…………….. now search all these signs and symptoms in yourself honestly , its time now do not think you are good person and spartan, think about yourself badly and always keep searching in yourself these signs, when you successfully identify these signs then you can easily treat these evils and overcome your sins.
خود احتسابی چارٹ بھرنے سے پہلے اسے ضرور پڑھیں 1. ان 100 علامات میں سے اکثر کبیرہ گناہوں کی نشاندہی کرتی ہیں اور کچھ شدید مکروہ افعال کی نشاندہی اور کچھ ایسے مباح افعال کی طرف اشارہ کرتی ہیں جو بعد میں کسی حرام کام کا پیش خیمہ بن سکتے ہیں ۔ 2. امراض روحانی کی علامات 100 ہی کی حد تک محدود نہیں لیکن کیوں کہ مختصر کتابچہ میں کوئی معیّن عدد ہونا ضروری تھا اس لئے 100 کے عدد کا انتخاب کیا گيا۔ 3. یہ علامات دوسرے افراد میں نہیں بلکہ خود اپنے اندر تلاش کرنی ہیں ۔ 4. اس میں باریک بینی اور اپنے نفس سے سوء ظن رکھتے ہوئے شمار کریں کہ یہی موقع ہے کہ جہاں بدگمانی جائز ہے یعنی اپنے نفس سے بدگمان رہنا۔ 5. جب امراض کی نشاند ہی ہوجائے تو اسکے علاج کی طرف فوری متوجہ ہوجائیے۔ 6. ان امراض کی نشاندہی کرنے والی جن 100 علامات کا ہم نے تذکرہ کیا ہے۔ ان امراض پر قابو پانے کےلئے اپنے ڈاکٹر آپ خود بن سکتے ہیں ۔ اور جو علامات آپ اپنے اندر محسوس کریں انہیں پینسل سے بلاک میں نشان زد کیجئے اور پھر انہیں شمار کریں۔ ٭ اگر آپ کا اسکور ا تا 25 ہے ۔ تو ابھی ان امراض پر قابو پانا آسان ہے ۔ آپ کا نفس اصلاح کی جانب مائل ہے ۔ اقدام کریں غفلت سے کام نہ لیں۔ ٭ اگر آپ کا اسکور 25 تا 50 ہے ۔ تو یہ اس بات کی نشاندہی ہے کہ امراض روحانی اندر سرائيت کرتے جارہے ہیں اور اگر ان کے معالجے کی طرف توجہ نہ دی تو ہوسکتا ہے کہ وہ لاعلاج ہوجائیں ۔ ٭ اگر خدا نخواستہ اسکور 50 تا 75 ہے تو آخرت میں شرمساری و ذلت و رسوائی کا خطرہ خطرناک حد تک بڑھ چکا ہے ۔ ٭ اور اگر اسکور اللہ نہ کرے کہ 75 سے زائد ہوجائے تو ہوشیار اور خبردار ہوجانا چاہئے کہ ان امراض پر قابو پانے کے فوری اور عملی اقدامات انتہائي ذہانت و ہوشیاری اور تیز رفتاری اور پلاننگ سے نہیں کئے تو ہلاکت اخروی کا سنگین خطرہ ہے۔اور برزخ و قیامت و صراط اور دوزخ کے خطرناک عذابوں کا سامنا ہے ۔
