Mallorca is an island consisting of 3700 Square KM land which is the largest island. Many years ago there a Phoenician was ruling there. In the 8th Century, Muslims conquered this city and they started ruling over there. The name of this village is on the name of the commander who conquered it.

James 2 was much inspired by this place and he constructed a fort in this village. Till now one can see the symbols of Arabic civilization in this village. It is also said people of this island started to learn the Arabic language to communicate in their daily life. As well as they also tried to learn Islamic ethics from the Muslims.

The people of Europe own many bungalows there to enjoy their summer vacations.

The fort is established by keeping in view the style of Arabic and local style.
