 NADRA Registration Form Download For Naya Pakistan Housing Program & Apply

Phases of Naya Pakistan Housing Program:

In the first phase/ step, you will download the application form from this link [Free PDF download ##fa-file-pdf-o##], the downloaded form will help to complete your registration. You also can download [Free PDF download ##fa-file-pdf-o##] this form from the official website of NADRA.

7 Districts to Submit Forms:

1. Islamabad (Federal Capital)
2. Faisalabad (Punjab)
3. Sukkur (Sindh)
4. Quetta (Balochistan)
5. Swat (KPK)
6. Gilgit (GB)
7. Muzaffarabad (Azad Kashmir)

The above districts are selected in the first step to establishing a housing program. The application form can be submitted from 22 October to 21 December 2018 in the first session. The current year 2018 session is only for assessment of requirements and needs of the persons and families who have no house and they are un-roofed. Above mentioned cities have been selected to submit forms/ applications/ registration forms. 

Photo Copy & Registration Fee:

There is no fee of this form/ application or registration form, however, you have to pay the registration fee at the time of submission of this form. Even one can also  use the photocopy of this form.

ایک خاندان (خاوند، بیوی اور بچے) میں سے صرف ایک فرد ہی اس اسکیم میں درخواست دینے کا اہل ہے-
ان لوگوں کو ترجیح دی جاۓ گی جن کے پاس پاکستان میں اپنی ملکیت میں کوئ گھر نہ ہو-
فارم میں تفصیلات واضح طور پر تحریر کریں- فارم ۲۲ اکتوبر ، ۲۰۱۸ سے ۲۱ دسمبر ، ۲۰۱۸ تک منتخب سات اضلاع میں مختص کردہ ضلعی ہاوَسنگ پروگرام آفس میں بمع ۲۵۰/- روپے (ریجسٹریشن فیس) جمع کرواۓ جا سکتے ہیں-
ریجسٹریشن فارم کی کوئ قیمت نہیں ہے – فارم کی فوٹو کاپی بھی قابلِ قبول ہے-

    • 1. This form is for registration only. 2. Based on the data collected from these forms, housing specification including design, price and site will be decided for the applicants. 3. Preference will be given to candidates who do not own any independent residential unit in Pakistan. 4. Only one person per family ( husband, wife and children ) is eligible to apply in this scheme. 5. PKR 250 per single form should be deposited along with this registration form. 6. It is compulsory to fill every field.         • Prime minister of Pakistan said the government would remove obstacles to home ownership and that this would include working with the law ministry to draft legislation to make this possible. “Our target is to build five million homes in five years.
