Red Cross and many other disaster management departments recommended an quick ready bag having items which are common and used in every home in domestic life.

The Bag Should be Contained Following Items for Emergency Bag

Tough & Strong Bag:

You will have to keep ready a bag, strong and tough, which does not effected by water. So that water does not damage items in the bag.

Water:

Can any one imagine to remain alive without water on this earth? No one can. So Red Cross advised to keep one gallon of water in this bag.

Food:

Foods like biscuits, packed meal, grains, tin pack items of foods such does not spoil for long time. Such food items should not have more weight. Foods like mentioned above are light in weight but have more proteins and power for us. 

Flash Light:

In Emergency, we can note, the supply of electricity suspended due to many causes. So it is necessary to hold a flash light, chargeable, water proof is more preferable.

Radio:

In Emergency situation all resources and channels of communication become frozen. In these circumstances you will have to keep a radio having high class battery to remain updated from the current situation as well as.

Additional Batteries:

Batteries, Chargeable, are more necessary. If you lost the charging of Flash Light, Radio or Mobile Cell Phone then you may use such additional batteries to meet the needs of electric power.

First Aid Box:

For some injury or any wound, you will keep an First Aid Box (Prepared) for healing your pain. Antibiotics, aspirin, povidine iodine and tap include in the box.

Urgent Documents:

Your identity card, passport, educational certificate, birth certificate, insurance policy letters and many other necessary documents should be saved in your bag as photo copies. You may add many other your personal, urgent, confidential and important papers to the emergency bag.

Mobile Cell Phone:

If possible then you will have to keep save an additional mobile cell phone along with its charger. 

Blanket:

Always keep an blanket, although the season is hot. It is possible after rescue and injection you may be on place where you feel coldness. Even you can use such blanket on hard and rocky surface of earth.

Some Money:

Also, save some extra money / cash in emergency bag. Some coins, currency notes. So in case of emergency you can consume such money to save your life.
