PUNJAB OMBUDSMAN ACT 1997 (Urdu Version) is the official Urdu text of the law passed by the Punjab Assembly to establish the Office of the Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib) in Punjab, Pakistan. The bill was passed on 25 June 1997, approved by the Governor on 27 June 1997, and subsequently published in the official Gazette. The Act extends to the whole Province of Punjab.
