Non-Muslim Citizens of Islamic State

Dhimmi is a historical Arabic word which is used for Non Muslims of the Muslim state, and their rights are protected by state, its responsibility of state to provide them peace and freedom to perform their religious activities without any fear under some restrictions. Its also obligation on them to pay Jiziya a tax levied  on them who have able bodies, adults and youths of military age. At all they have also to follow rules and laws of that state and may perform their religious works at their homes or any specific places where they are allowed. There are many rules which make responsible every Muslim of state to protect and take care of Non  Muslims as being a Dhimmi. A hadith by Muhammad pbuh, “Whoever killed a Mu’ahid (a person who is granted the pledge of protection by the Muslims) shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise though its fragrance can be smelt at a distance of forty years (of traveling).”, is considered to be a foundation for the protection of the People of the Book in Muslim ruled countries….Majid Khadduri cites a similar hadith in regard to the status of the dhimmis: “Whoever wrongs one with whom a compact (treaty) has been made i.e., a dhimmi and lays on him a burden beyond his strength, I will be his accuser.”… In light of this look at us, what we are doing with them…Yesterday Twin Bomb Blasted near/in Churches at Lahore, till now, the from news it is confirmed that 15 died and near about more than 60 are seriously injured. Police sources told these were two Churches of Catholic and Protestant, both are very close to each other, attacks may be reaction of Taliban.
