Over time, Saghar Sadiqi developed a habit of asking small amounts of money from friends he encountered. This became widely known among his circle, and many would prepare in advance, handing him money during greetings. These small contributions often sustained his daily needs, which tragically included harmful addictions. Despite his immense talent, his personal life spiraled into hardship, reflecting the struggles many artists silently endure.

In July 1974, Saghar suffered a paralytic attack. Although he partially recovered, his right hand remained permanently impaired. Soon after, his health deteriorated further, and he began experiencing severe symptoms, including internal bleeding. His physical condition weakened significantly, reducing him to a fragile state. Those around him understood that his end was near.

On the morning of 9 July 1974, Saghar Sadiqi was found lifeless by the roadside. His friends later buried him in Miani Sahib graveyard, marking the end of a life filled with poetic brilliance yet overshadowed by suffering. His death left a deep sorrow among literary circles, and his legacy continues to live through his powerful poetry.

This book serves as both a tribute and a reminder of the fragile nature of human life, encouraging readers to reflect on the value of compassion and understanding.
