Civilian recruitment opportunities for technical and non-technical staff across Pakistan

The Pakistan Navy has announced civilian recruitment under Batch B-2026 for PNCA Industrial and Non-Industrial Staff (Lower Formation). Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals only for multiple technical and non-technical positions.

Age Limit

PNCA Industrial Technical Staff (Lower Formation)

Major Posts Include

• Leading Man (BPS-12)
  Qualification: B-Tech in relevant field with experience
  (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Construction, Mechatronics)

• Skilled/Semi-Skilled Technical Staff
  Qualification: DAE/B-Tech with relevant experience

• Civil Apprentices (BPS-07)
  Qualification:

  • DAE with experience OR

  • Matric (Science) with required percentage

PNCA Non-Industrial Staff (Lower Formation)

Key Positions

• Junior Scientific Assistant (BPS-12)
  Qualification: BSc (Physics / Chemistry)
  Experience preferred in testing, analysis, petrochemical or allied fields

• Technical Diploma Holders (BPS-11)
  DAE (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)

• Draftsman

• Automobile Technician

• Engine Driver (BPS-07)
  Valid LTV/HTV license required

• Police Constable / Lady Police Constable
  Age limit: 18–25 years (specific cities/divisions)

• MT Driver
