Why BalancedDiet is Necessary for Ramzan?

Being a Muslim, we know, Ramzan is the month of Almighty Allah. It is granted us so we can get rid of Hell. We should follow the steps given by Islamic books and Prophet PBUH so we can get rid of sins. There are two kinds of Sins, Major Sins, and Minor Sins.

So When One os us is with fasting then he should use a balanced diet for the best health as well. In Islam, there is nothing prohibited in Ramazan if something is not allowed in the usual life. It means all Halal things i.e. food is allowed and all Haram things i.e. food is prohibited in the month of Ramazan.

The main concept of fasting is the Zakat of Body. Dieting is something different from fasting. Dieting means you are allowed to use somethings special for food prescribed by the specialists. Although in fasting you can use your holy practice for dieting. But fasting is not bound you to take some special kind of food. You are free to use every food which is Halal and allowed in Islam.

Many times a Muslim thinks is there something special in fasting for best health? But here below we will provide some special tips for the best health in Ramzan. By using these tips, foods, and diet you can maintain your health very well.

  1. Indigestible (Heavy Diet) Slow Digestible Diet Usually takes up to 08 hours to digest
  2. Easy Digestible (Light Diet) usually take 03 hours to digest
