Meeqat is a stated place which is described in Islam where the Muslims who are pilgrims must dress Ihram from the limits of Meeqat. When one pilgrim is in state of Ihram from a stated place Meeqat with intention to visit the Kaaba, then he must follow many restrictions like , he can not kill any animal/ life, he is not allowed to cut a tree or plant, he is not permitted to cut hair and nail, etc.
