Episode 7 – The Message Delivered to the Tribes of Basra
In Episode 6, a noble lady of Basra promised to arrange a secret meeting of influential leaders who had received letters from Imam Hussain (A.S). Now in Episode 7, that crucial gathering takes place, and the mission of Suleiman moves into the open.
Yazid bin Mas’ood gathered the prominent members of Bani Tameem, Bani Hanzalah, and Bani Sa’ad to listen to the message brought by the emissary. In this significant assembly, Safeer-e-Hussain openly declared that he had come to convey the message of Imam Hussain (A.S).
He called upon them to support, assist, and obey Imam Hussain (A.S), who had firmly refused to pledge allegiance to Yazid. The emissary also informed them that the people of Kufa had invited Imam Hussain (A.S), creating a decisive moment in Islamic history.
Episode 7 marks a turning point as the struggle shifts from secrecy to public declaration. The response of the tribes will determine whether Basra stands with truth or remains silent in the face of tyranny.
