In Prophet Yousaf A.S Episode 22 (Urdu Islamic Serial), two prisoners approach Yousuf (A.S.) with troubling dreams. Both men had previously served in the palace of Pharaoh and were confined due to allegations related to a poisoning conspiracy. Recognizing Yousuf’s wisdom and noble character, they seek his interpretation.
One of them shares that he saw himself carrying a basket of bread upon his head, and birds were eating from it. After listening carefully, Yousuf (A.S.) explains that the dream signifies a severe outcome. He informs the man that he will be sentenced to death by Pharaoh because of his crime.
The second prisoner describes a dream in which he is standing in a garden, preparing and pressing grapes into wine. Yousuf (A.S.) interprets this dream with hopeful meaning. He tells him that he will be forgiven and restored to his former position in Pharaoh’s service.
Before the matter unfolds, Yousuf (A.S.) requests the man who will be released to mention him before Pharaoh and speak about his ability to interpret dreams truthfully.
