Civil Procedure by Islam: Urdu Sharai Zabata E Dewani by By Shamas ul Haqq Afghanito proceed any civil suit in Islamic system but in Pakistan we have courts following Western judiciary system , I think the said system is near to destroy and soon will be blast. We find that according to Western system we have to go to court room time to time but suit continue for years and in Punjabi we say that if a suit was filed by a grandfather then his grandson will persuade the suit but no decision will be made so far.
